A New Year, A New You Fitness Class

Zoom Into A New Year,  A New You! Fitness instructor Eileen Smith will continue her popular exercise classes over Zoom on the following four Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:15-1:00 pm: January 20, 25, 27, and February 1. These fun classes set to energizing music will help you get into shape for 2021. We will walk in place, tap our feet, and stretch to achieve a full-body workout. Eileen will demonstrate the exercises standing up, but feel free to have a chair nearby if you want to rest or exercise from a seated position.

Registration is required for each class. To sign up, fill out the form below and an email with the Zoom instructions will be sent to you before each class.
