Brain Health Workshop

Representatives from Cogniciti, Inc.--affiliated with Tufts University Medical Center--will present two Brain Health Workshops at the Morrill Memorial Library on Friday, June 14 at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. to help older adults assess their current brain health. Researchers at Baycrest Hospital have created an online memory assessment for adults ages 50-85 that includes a variety of cognitive games and exercises. Participants will take a 15- to 20-minute confidential Brain Health Assessment on a laptop provided, after which they will receive a print-out indicating where they stand relative to others their age and meet one-on-one to discuss their results. Handouts will also be provided. Each workshop is limited to a maximum of 20 people, and no computer experience is required.
