Morrill Memorial Library is pleased to host local financial professional and speaker, Michael Graff, for an in-person presentation called "Caring for Your Aging Parents," on Wednesday, May 15 at 7:00pm in the Simoni Room.

Growing older is a privilege that many more are enjoying these days, thanks to better health habits, medical advancements, and care options. This comes with new challenges, however, as people need to plan financially for a longer life. This presentation is about better understanding current trends and challenges in aging, with a focus on caring for aging parents. Topics include:

•     Making certain aging parents' estate is in order
•     Housing and safety
•     Health and care matters to consider
•     Developing a checklist to organize important information and tasks
•     Options for assistance from the state and community
