Monday, December 1610:00—11:00 AMSimoni RoomMorrill Memorial Library33 Walpole St., Norwood, MA, 02062

Norwood CFCE and the Children's Museum of Easton are joining forces to offer a fun and educational S.T.R.E.A.M series!

Calling future scientists, technologists, engineers and mathematicians! Test theories and predictions through a compilation of science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics experiments. Learn to become problem solvers, innovators, creators and collaborators while having fun! We’re adding the “R” for Reading! By incorporating literacy, we’re promoting critical thinking and creativity!

All hourlong in-person programs include a free pass for each child to visit the Children’s Museum Easton (a $12 value) as well as an additional activity to do at home.

MOUSE PAINT

Children will explore primary and secondary colors with two activities. We often teach children to mix primary colors to make secondary colors. Chromatography with colors is the separation of secondary colors mixed together to return back to the primary colors and seems like magic to little ones with our fun experiment! Children will also love our painting through the strength of magnets using primary colors. It's beautiful scientific art!

Registration Required! Attendees must register for each date individually.

CFCE programming is generously funded by the Department of Early Education and Care (EEC)
