Gentle Fitness Fridays (2nd session)

Join fitness instructor Eileen Smith for 45 minutes of low-impact exercise that targets all the major muscle groups. Eileen will lead us in gentle exercises that can also be done at home. This series of four classes is open to adults and young adults of all fitness levels. Rubber-soled shoes or sneakers are recommended. Eileen has been teaching fitness for over 25 years and promises to make these classes fun! Class size is limited to 25, and participants should commit to attending all four weekly sessions, from Friday, Sept. 27 through Friday, Oct. 18.
