Ages 3 - 8

Children will learn about the incredible owls of our forests here in New England. Topics will include habitat requirements for our local birds, nesting and hunting habits, and how owl parents care for their young. Each child will create their very own owl out of clay. During this program, children will hear a story and listen and sing along with the different owl calls. Each participant will go home with a clay owl they have created and decorated.

This program is supported in part by a grant from the Norwood Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency.
