Do you want to build a snowman? After reading The Biggest Snowman Ever by Steven Kroll, your child will love exploring three different ways you can make your own fake snow from the warmth of the great indoors. This activity is perfect for preschool/kindergarten aged children and will require the supervision of an adult. Each grab and go kit will contain a copy of the book and some of the activity materials however you will need the following items for your STEM snow super lab!
Baking Soda
White Vinegar
Paper Towels
3 Bowls
Optional: Blue food coloring and disposable gloves
We ask that you you only request 1 bag per household. Once confirmed, the bags will be available for pickup from January 12th- January 19th, 2025 at the Children's Desk in the Morrill Memorial Library. Any bags not picked up by January 19th will be made available to another family. If you have any questions, please contact CFCE program coordinator Liz Hogrell (ehogrell@minlib.net).
