Bilingual Story Time

Join us for a weekly bilingual story hour in English and Spanish. Ms. Gloria, who you might know from the CFCE bilingual playgroup, will lead the group in multilingual stories, songs, and crafts. This program is open to ALL and is a great first exposure to a new language!

Únase a nosotros para una hora semanal de cuentos bilingües en inglés y español. La Sra. Gloria, a quien usted tal vez conozca del grupo de juego bilingüe de CFCE, dirigirá el grupo con cuentos, canciones y manualidades. ¡Este programa está abierto a TODOS y es una excelente primera exposición a un nuevo idioma!

This program is facilitated by Gloria Gallego, a retired English teacher originally from Colombia. She has lived in Norwood since 2017 and also runs a bilingual play group for the Coordinated Family and Community Engagement program through the Norwood Public Schools. In her spare time, Gloria enjoys crocheting, dancing, walking, and writing and illustrating books in Spanish for her two grandchildren.

Together Tales/Cuentos Juntos is co-sponsored by the Morrill Memorial Library and the Coordinated Family and Community Engagements, a literacy-based community outreach. To learn more about CFCE, visit their website here.
