Understanding Your IRA, 401(k), and Other Retirement Savings Plans

Michael Graff, a financial educator from SOFA (Society for Financial Awareness & Education), will present a virtual seminar, "Understanding Your IRA, 401(k), and Other Retirement Savings Plans." Retirement savings plans offer many tax and savings advantages, but also many restrictions and confusing rules. This hour-long presentation offers details on the Traditional and Roth IRAsand employer plans such as 401(k), 403(b), SIMPLE IRA, and SEP IRA. We will review age restrictions, contribution and distribution rules, rollover options, and discuss the Roth conversion. There will also be information on asset protection  parameters of some of these retirement savings plans.
