The Morrill Memorial Library is excited to partner with Ashland Public Library and other Massachusetts public libraries to host Brian Conley to give a talk called "The Origins and Evolution of Project 2025" on Wednesday, October 23 at 7:00pm on Zoom.
Project 2025 has been in the news lately, but for some, it seems to have come out of nowhere. Join Suffolk University Professor Brian Conley for an informative presentation about the history of this document and its origins during the Reagan Years. Professor Conley will help us understand the origins of the "Mandate for Leadership," which was written by Edwin Feulner, a past leader of the Heritage Foundation, in 1979 and led to the current-day Project 2025 document.
Note from the hosting institution: We look forward to having a respectful dialogue about this important subject with an expert in the field.
