ZOOM Into Fall Fitness II with Eileen

Popular fitness instructor Eileen Smith will return in November via Zoom to offer a series of four classes designed to improve your balance, muscle tone, and joints. These classes will be held on the following Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:15-1:00 pm: November 4, 9, 16, & 18.  

Zoom Into Fall Fitness II is especially beneficial for those with arthritis. Eileen will focus on fingers, hips, and knees as you walk, tap, and stretch to energizing music. Balance training is just as important as cardiovascular, resistance, and flexibility training, as poor balance increases your risk of injury from falling.

Registration is required for each class. To sign up, please fill out the form below. You will receive a Zoom link the day before the class and again shortly before it begins.
