It's time to shed the winter doldrums! Join the Morrill Memorial Library as we bring you Eileen’s latest fitness series via Zoom. We will walk our way to fitness to improve balance, muscles and joints, along with incorporating a stretching and ballet barre routine. The only equipment needed is a chair and a smile! Stretching will tone your waist and beneficially move your muscles in all directions. Using the back of a chair as a ballet barre, we will strengthen thighs, hips and balance.

These fun and gentle exercises will be offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays May 18 through May 27 from 11:00-11:45 am. Registration is required; sign up for all four sessions or for whichever dates work for you. Fill out the form below to sign up for May 27.
