ZOOM Into Summer Fitness III with Eileen

Popular fitness instructor Eileen Smith will wrap up the summer with another session of fun, full-body exercise classes on Mondays and Wednesdays from Aug. 17 through Sept. 2 from 12:15-1:00 pm. Eileen will lead you in an overall workout set to energizing music that includes cardio, stretching, and strengthening while you stand, sit in a sturdy, straight-back chair, or do a combination of both. In any case, please have a chair available for a relaxing cool-down and a restorative meditation. Classes are open to those of all fitness levels, and rubber-soled shoes or sneakers are recommended.
