Popular fitness instructor Eileen Smith is offering virtual fitness classes to help get you in shape for summer! On Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:15-1:00 pm on June 15, 17, 22, and 24, join Eileen from the comfort of your home via Zoom as she leads you in a full-body workout where you’ll sit, stand, and walk in place. Eileen has been teaching fitness classes for 30 years and promises to make these classes fun.

After a short warm-up, you zoom into walking-in-place to increase your energy level and tone your upper and lower body. Next, you sit in a chair for some crunches, curls, and twists. This strengthens your abdominal and back muscles, helping to improve your posture and tighten your tummy. Holding onto the back of a chair, you then focus on your balance, hips, thighs, and gluts, leaving you standing tall and looking fit. Finally, you cool down and enjoy the rest of your day feeling relaxed, refreshed, firmed, and toned, with renewed energy and a smile on your face!
